If you were at any film festival screening this year, you probably noticed a bunch of Milwaukee Film Members sitting around you. They clapped when we talked about being a Milwaukee Film Member, and rightly so.

Milwaukee Film Members no only purchased their film festival passes and tickets for a lower price than you did (a perk of membership), but they also got to buy them before you did. (Another perk.) Throughout the year, they see one free festival-quality film each month. This year alone they caught The Artist, Being Elmo, Arbitrage, and Beasts of the Southern Wild before any of them ever hit the screen in this city.

And while these are great, practical reasons to join, our Members are people with even better reasons. Some join because they hate everything... except being a Milwaukee Film Member. Like Ryan here:

Others trust our programming so much, they choose their vacation destinations based on the countries represented in the films we select for our festival. Like Judy here:
